Each Player is permitted to hold onlyone (1) registered Account on the EZG88 Platform at any time. The existence of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

All transactions on the EZG88 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Players depositing via cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) will have their deposit automatically converted to MYR at the prevailing market rate at the time of receipt. EZG88 does not charge a currency conversion fee, though minor rate fluctuations are inherent to cryptocurrency transactions.

In the event of a technical failure, EZG88 reserves the right to void bets affected by the failure. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical malfunction, any wager placed in the affected round will be returned to the Player's Wallet.
Sports betting rules, including settlement rules, void bet conditions, and in-play betting guidelines, are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and bet type as published on the Platform. In matters of dispute concerning sports bet settlement, EZG88's determination shall be final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Clause 13.
EZG88 reserves the right to void or adjust bets placed on markets affected by obvious pricing errors, where odds are materially different from the true fair market odds at the time of placement.
